Why it's different for military families

The PCS window

Most families have 2–4 weeks between getting keys and operational reality. Between check-ins, DEERS, school enrollment, car registration, and HHG delivery, the network is the thing everyone assumes will just work. It rarely does.

BAH housing isn't built for modern WiFi

Oceanside, Carlsbad, and Vista rentals are largely 1970s–1980s stucco construction with the cable jack in the living-room corner. The primary bedroom gets nothing. The converted garage office gets less than nothing.

CAC VPN + smart devices don't share well

Your work laptop needs reliable DoD access by 0800. Your kids need streaming after school. Your Ring doorbell needs a stable signal at the front door. On a flat ISP-router network, one of these always loses.

How we handle a PCS move

Share the floor plan during house hunting

Send us the property's square footage, floor plan, and what you need the network to do (work-from-home? gaming? security cameras?). We design before you arrive.

Pre-scheduled install on move-in day

We lock the appointment for the day the movers leave. Access point placements, cable runs, and gateway location are already planned against your floor plan.

Full coverage before the HHG truck

The crew walks in with the hardware, runs the drops, mounts the access points, and hands you a network that covers every room before your household goods arrive.

Managed from anywhere, for the rest of the tour

Remote monitoring, firmware updates, new-device alerts, and your own SentriPortal dashboard. If something needs attention mid-tour, we see it first.
